About the role

Our workshops are the operational heart of the product. A bad workshop turns a ₦300,000 loan into a ₦450,000 problem. A good one is the difference between a one-time customer and a returning one for years.

You'll own the entire workshop life-cycle: sourcing, vetting, onboarding, performance tracking, dispute mediation, and termination when it comes to that.

What you'll do

  • Build and run the workshop pipeline — outreach, qualification, onsite vetting, contracts.
  • Own the verified-network scorecard: workmanship, turnaround time, fairness on quotes, dispute rate.
  • Spend 2 days a week on the road; build relationships that survive a slow Tuesday.
  • Mediate disputes with our compliance team — write the calls so they hold up under scrutiny.
  • Sit in on quarterly product reviews — you are the loudest voice for what workshops actually need.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years building partner or merchant networks — fintech, e-commerce, marketplace, OEM dealer development.
  • Proven sourcing and qualification chops — you can show us a network you grew, with the numbers.
  • Comfortable on a workshop floor. You can tell the difference between a good shop and a clever one.
  • Strong written communicator — your scorecards and dispute notes will be read by lawyers.

Bonus points

  • Vehicle/automotive industry experience.
  • Built a partner network across more than one Nigerian city.

Reports into Sade Diallo (Head of Operations). Manages two workshop-success specialists.
